Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of SkoolAid AI, the SkoolAid Chrome extension, related pages, and related services. By using SkoolAid, you agree to these Terms.
Independent Product
SkoolAid is an independent Chrome extension and service. It is not owned by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Skool.
Use of SkoolAid
You may use SkoolAid to help schedule content, draft posts and replies, create video or voice replies, manage engagement workflows, and connect supported third-party services. You are responsible for your account activity, your content, and complying with the rules of Skool and any other platform you use.
User Responsibility
You must review all AI-generated content, scheduled content, automated messages, and uploaded media before publishing or sending. SkoolAid may assist with drafting and automation, but you remain responsible for what is posted, sent, uploaded, or scheduled from your accounts.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SkoolAid to spam, harass, impersonate others, violate platform rules, infringe intellectual property rights, scrape or misuse data, bypass security controls, or upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, or abusive content.
Third-Party Services
SkoolAid may integrate with services such as Skool, OpenAI, Google/YouTube, Pinterest, Giphy, link-shortening services, and media conversion services. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms, policies, permissions, and account rules.
Affiliate Disclosure
SkoolAid may include affiliate links, referral links, commission-based promotions, sponsored links, or promotional text. You are responsible for using affiliate disclosures where required by law or platform rules.
Subscriptions and Payments
If SkoolAid offers paid features, prices, billing periods, refunds, cancellations, and access terms will be shown at the point of purchase or in the relevant SkoolAid community or checkout page. Paid access may be changed, suspended, or discontinued as permitted by applicable law and the purchase terms.
Beta Features
Some features may be experimental, including AI reply tools, engagement radar, video export, YouTube upload, Pinterest upload, and scheduling workflows. Beta features may change, break, or be removed.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you create, record, upload, or provide through SkoolAid, subject to any rights you grant to third-party platforms when you publish there. You grant SkoolAid the limited rights needed to process your content for the features you choose to use.
No Guaranteed Results
SkoolAid does not guarantee community growth, engagement, revenue, affiliate commissions, platform approval, ranking, views, clicks, or business results.

SkoolAid may be interrupted by browser changes, Skool interface changes, third-party API limits, outages, account permissions, or other technical issues. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
